Country Guide

About free Poland proxies

Polish e-commerce runs through Allegro, not Amazon. The homegrown marketplace remains the country's dominant shopping destination, with Amazon.pl a later entrant still playing catch-up. That single fact shapes what a Polish exit IP is for: Allegro and Ceneo price research, google.pl result checks, and PL-specific availability that you cannot see from a German or generic-EU address. The pool behind it, at the June 2026 snapshot: 51 live proxies skewing hard to SOCKS4 (32 of 51, with 16 HTTP and 3 SOCKS5), roughly 70% testing elite at header level, median response about 3.3 seconds. One oddity: the most common port was 59341, a nonstandard high port whose prevalence anecdotally suggests a single operator's equipment footprint rather than any Polish networking convention. Behind the addresses sit Orange Polska, Play, Plus, and T-Mobile Polska, the four networks carrying most Polish traffic.

Poland is well-peered westward (Warsaw to Frankfurt is a short hop, and Polish hosting connects densely into DE-CIX's orbit), so EU-based tooling sees workable latency through Polish exits. The verification staples: google.pl SERPs (Polish-language commercial queries localize strongly), Allegro logged-out pricing and delivery promises, VOD geo-gates on Player.pl and TVP VOD, and zloty pricing on international platforms that maintain PLN price sheets. Poland's large software-outsourcing sector adds a niche use: teams building for Western clients use Polish exits to sanity-check geo-features from their own market before testing the client's. The SOCKS4-heavy mix favors TCP-level work; check protocol fit before scripting against it.

I tested many proxy providers

I tested many proxy providers, and none beat this one on quality and price. The datacenter pool has plenty of proxies and residential works flawlessly - I only use US proxies. Their support is the best I've ever had - their technical knowledge is strong, and they even helped me fix an issue that wasn't caused by their proxies.

Laura Haag

Been using Databay for a few weeks

Been using Databay for a few weeks and I'm real impressed so far. The mobile proxies tackle even the toughest sites to scrape, and it's priced better than other providers I tested. Support replies fast too for any questions or issues. Databay is an essential part of my tech stack.

Brian Cruz

API integration

Implementing Databay residential proxies was easy for me, thanks to their well-documented API docs. The standout feature was the support team - their quick response and effective assistance helped me resolve issues promptly.

M. Koch

Excellent success rate

The proxy success rate for scraping blew me away - it's really more than 96%. Databay delivers excellent service quality for business, and the price is much lower than other services. Definitely worth trying their residential proxies.

O. Gardner

5-star support

Being a proxy newbie I needed more help than most users. Their support runs through Discord and it's top-notch. They answer quick and truly seem committed to giving the best experience - usually a reply within a couple of hours. I never once felt like I had to wait.

Beryl Hughes

Good service so far

Talking about prices, it's the ideal and safe choice for work. Quality is top-notch, and I can recommend Databay for its stability and work speed.

G. Brenner

Good experience

Been using Databay for a while now and I've got nothing but good things to say. The proxies run smooth, rarely drop, and setup was pretty easy. All in all, really happy with it and wouldn't hesitate to point others their way.

Harrison

Simple dashboard

The dashboard is simple and easy to navigate, though it's missing a few proxy locations - adding more options would definitely make it better. Overall, I'd personally recommend it.

Daniel

Good for account creation

A dependable service for various online tasks. The IP rotates with each request. Would recommend.

Andrei Dyachenko

Good and easy to use

Found them while looking for proxies. They're good and easy to use, and the support is nice. A bit slow for Brazil, but overall I recommend them for most uses.

Arnau Blasco

Proxy service

I have to say it pleasantly surprised me. What I like most is that the proxies rotate with every request. The geolocation isn't always perfectly precise, but I tested it with HttpClient and overall the experience has been good.

Overview

About This Poland Proxy List

This page lists 60 live-verified free proxies with IPs registered in Poland, covering HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4 and SOCKS5 and re-probed every 5 minutes. Each row reports protocol, speed, uptime, Google reachability and anonymity (Elite or Anonymous). Free Poland proxies suit geo-testing and light scraping; for production reliability see Databay's paid plans linked above. Browse other locations in the country directory, or open the worldwide free proxy list for the full proxy primer and SOCKS5 / HTTP protocol lists.

Methodology

How We Verify These Proxies

An open look at how Databay discovers, probes and scores every entry in this list.

Every proxy on this page is an IP and port harvested from publicly known proxy sources and then put through a continuous verification loop. Fresh batches land on this page within seconds of being re-probed, and every candidate is re-verified on a rolling 5-minute window. Any proxy whose most recent check is older than 6 hours is dropped from this list entirely, stale entries never appear, regardless of how the upstream feed behaves.

For each probe we open a real connection, issue a lightweight HTTP request and a targeted HTTPS request, and measure the end-to-end round-trip. The result drives three public columns:

  • Speed is the median latency in milliseconds of the last successful request. We bucket it into Fast (<500 ms), Medium (<1500 ms) and Slow.
  • Uptime is the percentage of successful probes across the full lifetime of each IP:port pair. Entries with consistent failures are removed, not merely hidden.
  • Google-passed means the proxy successfully completed a probe against google.com without receiving a block page or CAPTCHA. A large share of free proxies are permanently blacklisted by Google.

HTTPS support is reported in three states, full (valid certificate chain), loose (works only with SSL verification disabled), and unsupported (HTTP destinations only).

Dead proxies are not kept on the page to inflate the count: if an entry stops responding, it disappears on the next cycle. That is why the list size shifts throughout the day. Machine-readable copies of this dataset (with the same fields) are available at /api/v1/proxy-list in json, csv and plain-text formats.

FAQ

Free Proxy List - Common Questions

What is a free proxy list?
A free proxy list is a directory of publicly available proxy server IP addresses and ports. These proxies are open to use by anyone and are tested regularly for uptime, speed, and protocol compatibility. Our list supports HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, and SOCKS5 proxies and is updated every 5 minutes.
Are free proxies safe to use?
Free proxies provide basic IP masking but come with risks. They are shared among many users, may log your traffic, and lack the security guarantees of commercial services. For sensitive tasks, consider our premium residential proxies which offer dedicated, encrypted connections with no logging. Learn more: Are Free Proxies Safe?
How often is this list updated?
Our free proxy list is verified and refreshed automatically every 5 minutes. Each proxy is tested for responsiveness, latency, and SSL support. Proxies that fail uptime checks are removed and replaced. The "Updated" column in the table shows the exact time each proxy was last verified. Learn more: Our free proxy list methodology.
What is the difference between HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, and SOCKS5 proxies?
HTTP proxies handle standard web traffic. HTTPS proxies add SSL/TLS encryption for secure connections. SOCKS4 is a lightweight TCP-only tunnel without authentication or UDP support, useful for legacy clients or simple TCP forwarding. SOCKS5 proxies are the most versatile - they work at a lower level and support any TCP/UDP traffic, authentication, IPv6, and remote DNS, not just web browsing. For web scraping, HTTP and HTTPS are the simplest to use, for non-HTTP traffic prefer SOCKS5 over SOCKS4.
What do Elite, Anonymous, and Transparent mean?
These are anonymity levels that describe how much information a proxy reveals about you. Elite (also called high anonymity) proxies completely hide your real IP and do not reveal that you are using a proxy at all. Anonymous proxies hide your IP address but websites can detect you are using a proxy via HTTP headers like Via or X-Forwarded-For. Transparent proxies forward your real IP address to the destination server, they provide no anonymity and are mainly used for caching. Dedicated lists: elite, anonymous and transparent.
How do I use a proxy from this list?
Copy the IP:Port using the copy button next to any proxy in the table. For cURL, run curl -x http://IP:PORT https://example.com. For Python, use requests.get(url, proxies={"http": "http://IP:PORT", "https": "http://IP:PORT"}). In your browser, go to Settings > Network > Proxy and enter the IP and Port. Proxies marked “HTTPS” work with secure websites. Proxies marked “HTTP” only work with non-secure (http://) websites, if a proxy doesn’t seem to work, check whether you’re connecting to an HTTPS site with an HTTP-only proxy. Full setup walkthroughs: How to use a free proxy (cURL, Python, Node.js, Scrapy, Playwright).
What does the SSL column mean?
The SSL column indicates whether the proxy can access HTTPS websites (sites starting with https://). This is about the destination site, not the proxy connection itself. A proxy marked with a checkmark can tunnel encrypted traffic to HTTPS sites. A proxy marked with a lock icon works with HTTPS but requires you to disable SSL verification in your client (verify=False in Python, -k in cURL). A cross means the proxy only works with plain HTTP sites.
Do you offer a free API?
Yes. Our free proxy list API is available at https://databay.com/api/v1/proxy-list. It supports filtering by protocol, country, speed, and Google compatibility. Output formats include JSON, CSV, and plain text. The API is rate limited to 60 requests per minute per IP with 10-second caching. See the API documentation section below for details. Prefer a static file? Hotlink https://databay.com/free-proxy-list/poland.txt - full list as plain text, refreshed every 5 minutes, no key, CORS-open.
Why should I upgrade to premium proxies?
Databay's premium proxies offer 34M+ dedicated IPs across 200+ countries with 99.9%+ uptime, rotating and sticky sessions, geo-targeting by country/city, and 24/7 support. Free proxies are unreliable for production use - they are frequently offline, slow, and shared with unknown users. For any serious automation or scraping workload, premium proxies are the right tool.
Why does Allegro matter more than Amazon for Polish price research?
Because Polish buyers are on Allegro. The marketplace predates Amazon's 2021 Polish entry by two decades, holds the dominant share of Polish online retail, and its Smart delivery program anchors buying habits the way Prime does elsewhere. Pricing research that only checks Amazon.pl misses where Polish price competition actually happens. A Polish exit IP matters because Allegro's logged-out experience (sponsored placements, delivery promises, regional availability) renders for Polish visitors specifically; foreign IPs can see different treatment.
What is behind the SOCKS4-heavy, elite-heavy mix on the Polish list?
The two facts are one fact. SOCKS proxies carry no HTTP headers, so there is nothing to leak your origin address: every SOCKS row tests elite at header level by construction. Poland's pool happens to be dominated by open SOCKS4 services, a pattern security researchers have repeatedly traced to compromised MikroTik routers and similar CPE (port 5678, common on this list, is a known MikroTik SOCKS4 signature), so the elite percentage rides along. Keep the limitation in mind: elite classification means the destination cannot read your origin from headers. It does not mean the relay operator is trustworthy. An unknown third party still carries your traffic, so keep it TLS.
