A live Databay API snapshot captured 2026-07-19T13:36:13.201Z returned 128 unique endpoints labelled for Mexico. The retrieved Mexico rows were 122 HTTP (95%), 4 SOCKS4 (3%), 2 SOCKS5 (2%). Mexico checker header classifications were 119 TRANSPARENT (93%), 8 ELITE (6%), 1 ANONYMOUS (1%), with a median checker latency of 2,964 ms and a mean reported uptime of 57.1%. The newest Mexico row-level check in this capture was 2026-07-19T13:32:43Z; the oldest was 2026-07-19T07:39:16Z. These Mexico observations come from a volatile public-relay list and do not promise that the same endpoints will remain reachable. In the Mexico rows, “elite”, “anonymous”, SSL, Google, latency, and uptime are fields reported by the checker for particular probes; they do not prove operator identity, permission, security, residential origin, city accuracy, or suitability for sensitive traffic. Re-query the live Mexico endpoint before every authorized test, validate the exit independently, and never send credentials, personal data, production cookies, or confidential payloads through an unknown relay.Mexico QA should track Spanish locale, Mexican-peso display, state, postcode, tax, delivery, account, and device settings. A national relay cannot stand in for a particular city or customer. Use a Mexico-geolocated public proxy only as one disposable country-level network-origin sample for an authorized localization, catalog, advertising, search, accessibility, or delivery-message check. For the Mexico comparison, hold the destination URL, timestamp, account, cookies, browser, language, currency, address, and experiment steps constant, then compare with a direct or controlled reference. Stop the Mexico test when the source blocks, challenges, rate-limits, or disallows the workflow. Confirm any consequential Mexico finding through an official API, licensed feed, controlled paid exit, local reviewer, or the source itself before making a product, compliance, pricing, or enforcement decision.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these free proxies safe to use?
Free proxies are operated by unknown third parties, so never send credentials, personal data, or anything sensitive through them. They are fine for low-stakes tasks like testing, learning, and one-off checks. For anything important, use trusted paid proxies.
How often is the list updated?
Every proxy is re-verified roughly every 5 minutes with live uptime, speed, anonymity and Google-reachability checks, so the table reflects proxies that were reachable moments ago.
What is the difference between HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4 and SOCKS5 proxies?
HTTP/HTTPS proxies handle web traffic (HTTPS adds an encrypted CONNECT tunnel). SOCKS4 and SOCKS5 are lower-level and route any TCP traffic; SOCKS5 also supports UDP and authentication. Pick per your client and target.
What do elite, anonymous and transparent mean?
These are narrow header-test labels, not security certifications. “Elite” means the checker did not observe the client-IP or proxy markers it tests; “anonymous” means it observed a proxy marker but not the tested client IP; “transparent” means a tested field exposed the client IP. None proves privacy, safety, consent, encryption or destination acceptance.
How do I download the list?
Use the TXT, CSV or JSON download links, or the free API. No signup required. The TXT format is plain ip:port lines; CSV and JSON carry the full per-proxy metadata.
Is there a free API?
Yes. The /api/v1/proxy-list endpoint returns the live list as JSON, CSV or TXT with filters for protocol, country, SSL, Google-pass, speed and anonymity. No key required.
Can I filter by country or protocol?
Yes. Use the country pages, the protocol pages (HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, SOCKS5) and the anonymity pages (elite, anonymous, transparent), or the API query parameters.
Why do some proxies stop working quickly?
Free proxies are volunteer or misconfigured hosts that appear and vanish constantly. Even a proxy that passed a check minutes ago can drop offline, so build in retries and rotation.
Do these proxies support HTTPS?
Many do. The supportsHttps column marks proxies that successfully established an encrypted tunnel during verification. Others handle plain HTTP only.
What does "Google passed" mean?
It records that the upstream checker received its expected Google probe response for that route and time. It is not a reputation, safety, or future-access guarantee.
Should I use free proxies for scraping or automation?
Free proxies are unreliable and short-lived, so they suit experiments and learning more than production. For scraping or automation at any scale, residential, datacenter or mobile proxies are far more dependable.
What did the Mexico proxy API return in this snapshot?
The Mexico capture retrieved 128 unique IP:port endpoints from the country-filtered Databay API. Mexico protocol labels were 122 HTTP (95%), 4 SOCKS4 (3%), 2 SOCKS5 (2%); header classifications were 119 TRANSPARENT (93%), 8 ELITE (6%), 1 ANONYMOUS (1%). The Mexico sample had a median checker latency of 2,964 ms and a mean reported uptime of 57.1%. These Mexico figures are a dated observation, not a live inventory guarantee; use https://databay.com/api/v1/proxy-list?country=MX for the current result.
Does a Mexico proxy prove a local user or precise location?
No. The Mexico label is a geolocation observation about an exit address and may be stale or wrong. A Mexico label does not establish a household, operator, consent, city, language, account, delivery address, tax state, device, or eligibility. For important Mexico work, verify the exit and use controlled infrastructure plus a local or primary-source confirmation.

Need managed proxies for production?

Free lists can help with low-stakes testing. For production workloads, Databay’s managed pools publish a 99.9%+ uptime target.

Paid residential plans are separate from the free proxy list.
