If you believe Databay infrastructure was used against your site, your users, or your rights, report it here with the relevant evidence and your contact details.

Databay routes customer traffic through residential, mobile, and datacenter IPs. Misuse of that network can harm the sites that receive the traffic and people whose connections are involved. This channel accepts reports for review under our Acceptable Use Policy.

If you suspect a Databay IP is involved in fraud, credential attacks, unsolicited traffic, or another violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, file a report below or email abuse@databay.com. Include the relevant evidence listed here. Our gateway request logs record destination counters, but do not record the customer's final exit proxy IP or map each connection to it. An observed IP address and timestamp therefore do not guarantee account attribution.

What to Include in Your Report

Provide focused details that help assess the incident. Redact credentials and unrelated personal information, and do not upload suspected CSAM or other unlawful files.

  • Incident date and timezone
  • Evidence of abuse (logs, screenshots)

Our Response Process

  1. 01ReviewReports are considered using the supplied details, apparent severity, and relevant policy.
  2. 02InvestigateWe assess the evidence and relevant records available to us, and may ask for clarification. Some incidents cannot be reliably attributed.
  3. 03ActEvidence may justify restrictions during investigation or enforcement against substantiated misuse. A complaint alone is not proof of a violation.

Company-operated proxy systems do not inspect, log, store, or monitor customer traffic payloads. Evidence submitted in a report is handled separately under the Privacy Policy. We do not promise a response deadline or a particular investigation outcome.

3. Describe and support the report

40–5,000 characters. Do not include passwords, API keys, or payment data.

Up to 3 PNG, JPEG, WebP, PDF, TXT, or LOG files; 5 MB each and 10 MB total. File contents are checked on the server.

Privacy note. Your contact details, source IP, and evidence are used to investigate and respond to the report. Relevant information may also be retained or disclosed as permitted by applicable law and the Privacy Policy. Include only necessary information, redact credentials and unrelated personal data, do not upload suspected CSAM, and review the privacy policy.
