Yes. All proxy packages come with a data expiration period. Once purchased, your data is valid for a set number of days (usually 31). After this period, your data expires and you will no longer be able to access the proxy pool unless you purchase a new package.

Once your data package expires, you will lose access to the proxy pool. You must purchase a new package to regain access. Data expiration is based on time, not usage — so be sure to use your bandwidth within the active period.

Our plans come with 1 to 5 proxy users by default. However, you can request an upgrade to support up to 10,000+ concurrent users depending on your needs. Just contact us for a custom setup.

Some domains may be blacklisted for technical or legal reasons. If you plan to use proxies for specific domains, it's your responsibility to check with us before purchasing. Access to blacklisted domains is not covered by refunds.

We do not require KYC for regular customers. However, if you attempt suspicious or fraudulent payments — especially with credit cards — a KYC process may be triggered to verify your identity.
