Mobile Proxies Pricing FAQ
Do proxy packages have an expiration date?
Yes. Each mobile package is a data quota with 31-day validity. After expiry, unused data is lost and access ends; buy a new package to continue. Rotating and sticky sessions are included on every package.
What happens when my proxy data expires or runs out?
Access through the mobile gateway stops, and nothing bills automatically unless you have enabled optional Auto Top-Up; buy a new package to continue. The dashboard shows remaining data in real time, so for long runs check the balance and buy the next package before it empties. Residential and datacenter proxies work the same pay-as-you-go way.
How many proxy users are included in a plan?
Up to 5 proxy users by default. If you need more credential sets for a team or product, contact us and we will raise the limit on your account.
Does Databay guarantee access to a website?
No. Destinations may block, rate-limit, or restrict proxy traffic, and Databay restricts some destinations for legal or abuse-prevention reasons. Confirm authorization and ask support about product restrictions before buying; review the current Terms and Refund Policy.
Do you require KYC verification?
Not for regular customers. Risk signals, especially suspicious card payments, can trigger an identity check under the KYC Policy before service continues.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, bank transfers, and over 60 cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin and Monero. We do not accept PayPal.
Can I pay with PayPal?
No, PayPal is not available. Use a card, bank transfer, or one of the supported cryptocurrencies.
Do you offer refunds or a free trial for mobile proxies?
Neither, in the usual sense. The 1 GB minimum order at $3.55 is the cheapest way to test the pool against your real target. Refunds apply only to verified technical failures of our network, within 7 days and with under 100 MB used; target-site blocks are not refundable, and crypto payments are compensated as store credit. See the Refund Policy for exact terms.
How is data usage calculated in proxy plans?
Usage is the total traffic sent and received through the proxy, including request and response data plus proxy authentication overhead. Uploaded and downloaded bytes both count against the quota.
Can I get an invoice for my proxy purchase?
Yes, invoices generate automatically after payment. If you are buying as a business, contact us beforehand and we will add your company details to the invoice.
