Do you offer pay-as-you-go residential proxies?

Yes. Databay residential proxies are sold as one-time data packages with no monthly subscription. The entry Pay As You Go option starts at 1GB for $2.75/GB, and larger packages are available when you need a lower price per GB.

What affects residential proxy price per GB?

The main factor is bandwidth volume. Every Databay residential plan uses the same 34M+ residential IP pool and includes country, city, ZIP, coordinates and ASN targeting, HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, rotating and sticky sessions, API access, and unlimited concurrent sessions.

How do your proxy packages work?

Each residential proxy package includes a data quota and an expiration period (e.g., 31 to 186 days). Once validity ends, unused data expires and access is revoked. Purchase a new plan to continue. Rotating and sticky sessions are included at no extra cost.

Can I add more users to my proxy plan?

Yes. All plans support 1 to 5 proxy users by default. You can request to increase this limit to 10,000 or more users, depending on your requirements.

Are there any blacklisted domains?

Some domains may be blacklisted. Please contact us before purchasing to verify if your target domains are accessible, as we do not offer refunds based on domain restrictions.

Do I need to complete a KYC process?

No, we do not require KYC by default. However, if suspicious activity is detected during credit card payments, we reserve the right to request identity verification.

Which payment methods do you accept?
