How do your proxy packages work?
Each package is a one-time purchase of a data quota with 31-day validity. When the data is used up or the 31 days end, access stops and unused data expires; buy a new package to continue. Plans include up to 5 proxy users by default, and support can raise that limit for teams.
Are there any blacklisted domains?
Yes, some domains are blocked for legal, ethical, or abuse-prevention reasons. Check with support before purchasing if your workload depends on specific targets; domain restrictions are not valid grounds for a refund.
Do you require KYC?
Not for regular users. Verification is risk-based: suspicious or potentially fraudulent payments, unusually high volume, or requests to raise account limits can trigger an identity check before service continues.
What payment methods do you accept?
The checkout screen is the current source for available payment methods. Contact support in advance if the order requires a bank transfer, purchase process, or specific payment rail.
Can I pay with credit cards?
Yes, all major cards work. Payments flagged as suspicious can trigger manual review or a KYC check, and fraud attempts with stolen cards are blocked and may be reported.
Do you offer refunds or a free trial?
Neither, in the usual sense. Refunds cover only verified technical failures of the Databay network, requested within 7 days and with under 100 MB used. A target site blocking datacenter IPs is not a defect and is not refundable; move those domains to residential instead. Crypto payments are compensated as store credit. The 10 GB entry package at $1.25/GB is the practical way to validate your targets first.
How is data usage calculated?
Usage is the sum of all bytes sent and received through the proxy, including request and response payloads, headers, and authentication overhead.
Can I receive an invoice?
Yes, invoices are generated automatically for every purchase. If you need a customized business invoice with specific tax or legal details, contact us before paying.
Do your plans work on a subscription?
No. There are no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews. Every payment is a one-time purchase; when your data or validity period ends, you buy the next package yourself.
Which proxy type is right for me?
Datacenter is the value pick for high-volume collection from lightly protected targets. Residential costs more but exits from home ISP addresses, which strict sites challenge less often. Mobile matters when a carrier-network origin is required. If unsure, start on datacenter and escalate only the domains that get blocked.
