Do I need a subscription or monthly plan for Residential Flex?
No. Flex is strictly pay-as-you-go: each purchase is a one-time order of 25 to 5120 GB, valid for 31 days, with no auto-renewal. When the data runs out or expires, nothing keeps billing unless you have enabled optional Auto Top-Up in the dashboard. Re-order only if you want to.
Is there a free trial for Residential Flex?
No. The entry point is the 25 GB minimum order at $13.75, which is a full test of the real pool with every feature enabled rather than a rate-limited trial environment. The 31-day validity leaves ample time to evaluate it.
How does the 31-day data validity work?
Once you purchase Flex bandwidth, it remains usable for 31 days from the order date. Unused data after day 31 expires; buy a new order to continue.
Can I order more than 5120 GB at once?
Single orders cap at 5120 GB (5 TB). Place multiple orders for more, or use Premium Residential for true bulk volume with custom enterprise pricing.
Is there a setup fee?

Do you offer refunds on Flex?
Only in narrow cases: a verified technical failure of the Databay network, reported within 7 days of purchase and with under 100 MB used. Target-site blocks and change of mind are not refundable, and cryptocurrency payments are compensated as store credit rather than reversed. The full terms are in the Refund Policy.
Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
