- the contractual request window is seven calendar days and normally requires no more than 100 MB used. Third-party blocks are not a service defect.

What bandwidth range can I select?

How is the Residential Flex total calculated?
The calculator multiplies the selected number of gigabytes by the current per-GB rate. It displays the resulting one-time total before checkout.
Does a larger Flex order lower the per-GB rate?
The current Flex catalogue uses one flat per-GB rate across its selectable range. The live calculator is the source for the rate and total shown before purchase.
How does Flex differ from Premium Residential?
Flex provides one country or continent selector and a shorter sticky request. Premium Residential adds state, city, ZIP, coordinate, and ASN controls.
Does Flex guarantee a fresh IP when the route rotates?
No. Rotation is tied to a new connection, and a fresh IP is not guaranteed for every connection or application request.
How long can I request a sticky Flex session?
You can request up to 30 minutes. Continuity can end earlier, so the application should be able to reconnect.
When does purchased Flex bandwidth expire?
The current validity appears in the calculator and commercial terms. Review that validity and the complete Refund Policy before payment.
What information is carried into checkout?
