How much do residential proxies cost?
Pay As You Go is $2.75/GB from 1 GB. One-time packages lower the rate with volume: $2.25/GB at 10 GB, $1.75/GB at 50 GB, $1.40/GB at 150 GB, $0.95/GB at 500 GB, and $0.90/GB at 1 TB. Above 1 TB, custom pricing starts at $0.65/GB through sales.
Do you offer pay-as-you-go residential proxies?
Yes. Every residential plan is a one-time data purchase with no monthly subscription and no auto-renewal. The entry point is 1 GB at $2.75/GB; buy a larger package whenever you want a lower rate per GB.
What affects residential proxy price per GB?
Published standard residential tiers reduce the per-GB rate as order volume increases. The plans use the same listed pool and include the same targeting, protocol, session, dashboard, and API features. Compare order size and traffic validity on the pricing page.
How do your proxy packages work?
Each package is a data quota with a validity window: Pay As You Go data stays valid for 186 days, volume packages for 31 days. When the window ends, unused data expires; buy a new package to continue. Nothing renews or bills on its own unless you enable optional Auto Top-Up, which is off by default and can be cancelled anytime in the dashboard.
Can I add more users to my proxy plan?
Plans include up to 5 proxy users (separate credential sets) by default. If your team or product needs more, contact support and we will raise the limit on your account.
Are there any blacklisted domains?
Yes, a small set of domains is blocked for legal and abuse-prevention reasons. If your workload depends on specific targets, ask support before buying: domain restrictions are not grounds for a refund under the Refund Policy.
Do I need to complete a KYC process?
Not by default. Verification is risk-based: signals like suspicious card activity, unusually high volume, or a request to raise account limits can trigger an identity check under the KYC Policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available methods are shown in the dashboard at checkout and may depend on the account or order. Contact support before ordering if a specific payment method is required.
Can I pay with PayPal?
No. PayPal is not available at checkout; pay by card, cryptocurrency, or bank transfer instead.
Do you offer refunds or a free trial?
There is no free trial, and refunds are narrow: within 7 days of purchase, with under 100 MB used, and only for a verified technical failure of the Databay network. Blocks by target sites are not refundable, and crypto payments are compensated as store credit rather than reversed. Test with the 1 GB minimum before buying volume; full terms are in the Refund Policy.
How is data usage calculated?
Usage counts every byte sent and received through the proxy: requests, responses, headers, and connection overhead including proxy authentication. The dashboard reports usage live, so you can measure your real cost per thousand results.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
