Purchase and refund terms
- Entry validity:
- 186 days. Each plan card shows its own catalogue validity.
- Refunds:
- sales are final except for the limited cases in the Refund Policy or rights required by law.
- Network-defect requests:
- the contractual request window is seven calendar days and normally requires no more than 100 MB used. Third-party blocks are not a service defect.

- One country, state, city, ZIP, coordinate, or ASN selector at a time; route availability varies
- Connection-based rotation; a fresh IP is not guaranteed
- Requested sticky sessions up to 120 minutes; continuity can end early
- HTTP proxying, HTTPS CONNECT, and SOCKS5
Reconcile the route and the total before payment
- Premium Residential is shared, rotating, bandwidth-billed ISP-origin access, not a static ISP allocation or an address reserved for one buyer.
- The PAYG entry has a 5 GB minimum. A lower unit rate at a larger tier can still require a higher payable total.
- Choose one supported country, state, city, ZIP, coordinate, or ASN selector at a time; every requested route is subject to live availability.
- Rotation happens on a new connection. A fresh IP is not guaranteed for every connection or application request.
- There is no free trial. Validate the smallest suitable paid order against an authorized workload before scaling.

What is the minimum Residential proxy order?
Premium Residential starts at 5 GB. The first current plan card shows the live per-GB rate, payable total, traffic validity, and checkout quantity; its checkout link carries the matching product ID.
Does the lowest per-GB rate have the lowest total?
Not necessarily. Lower unit rates belong to larger catalogue allowances and can require a higher payable total. Compare the allowance, unit rate, total, and validity on the same card.
How long is purchased Residential traffic valid?
Validity is plan-specific. Each live plan card states its catalogue validity, including the smallest current order.
Can I get a refund if a third-party site blocks a route?
Third-party blocking is not a network service defect. Sales are final except for the limited cases in the Refund Policy or rights required by law; read the complete policy before payment.
What does a plan checkout link preserve?
Each plan control carries the current catalogue product ID, order quantity, Residential proxy type, and this pricing page as the source. Checkout remains the final review for payment methods, tax, and legal terms.
Are these static ISP proxies?
No. Premium Residential is a shared rotating ISP-origin pool billed by bandwidth. It is not a static ISP allocation and does not reserve an address for one buyer.
